With over 27 years of experience driving revenue and results in the advertising industry, Neil is a seasoned veteran helping clients understand and navigate the always evolving media landscape. Launching his career in 1997 at KLSX-FM Los Angeles, the CBS flagship station that brought the Howard Stern Show to the West Coast airwaves. Neil honed his craft working with agencies and business direct on local and national radio campaigns as well as producing long form radio shows for local and national clients.

In 2006, Neil moved into the emerging digital ad space, holding sales and marketing roles across ad networks, online portals, and was regional sales manager for a Michael Eisner–backed startup. This breadth of experience has equipped him to connect brands with audiences across multiple platforms.

Working at Hybrid Media since 2012, Neil is dedicated and continues to build campaigns that deliver measurable impact and sustainable long-term growth, so Hybrids clients make money. His expertise spans media and creative strategies, copywriting, campaign development, campaign management, marketing strategy, and innovative advertising solutions across different audio and tv platforms for direct and brand response campaigns.
