Jay Keay started his career in the radio industry with Eastman Radio’s New York Office in 1971 and held various management and Board of Director positions until he left to join Christal Radio on 1984 where he was responsible for all sales of the Wall Street Journal Radio Network, a service of Dow Jones. From 1988 until 1990 he sold nationally syndicated radio networks for Horizon Communications and then in 1991 he went over to the local side of the broadcasting business with Cap Cities/ABC as Director of Business development for station, WABC.


In 1996, after radio deregulation, Jay was recruited by Infinity Broadcasting to launch the Infinity Promotions Group (IPG) New York flagship office responsible for selling all of Infinity’s assets. Then in 2003, Jay and his team left Infinity/CBS to open Integrated Marketing & Promotional Services (IMPS), a company which in 2007 became known as Hybrid Advertising, and which ultimately evolved into Hybrid Media Service, LLC with the management/partnership structure which currently exists.


Over this span of 45 years, Jay has held sales management positions in all sectors of the industry giving him a unique perspective when working with our client’s at Hybrid Media.
