Graham started his career at McGavren Guild Radio in 1981 and helped launch the first un-wired networks under the Network Division of Interep Radio.  Graham worked with national advertisers to develop the first one stop shop for national spot radio.

From 1987 to 1991 Graham worked in the Affiliate Relations department at DIR Broadcasting where he cleared and maintained offerings such as The King Biscuit Flower Hour, American Top 40 and The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 Countdown.

From 1991 till 2008 Graham returned to Interep National Radio Sales where he sold a 150 station list at HNWH.  He went on to the Radio Marketing Specialist program where he developed over 135 million in radio business over the 12 years he was there for Interep' s client radio stations.
